Q. I want to make a purchase, how do I go about it?.

A. Once you have decided what you would like to buy, please follow the instructions given below to place your order:

• Select the quantity (by default it is one for most items) of items you want to buy.

• click on the 'continue shopping‘ button/link along the item to add more items to your shopping cart.

• click on the 'update order‘ button/link along the item to view the updated shopping cart at anytime.

• click on the 'place order‘ button/link along the item to checkout for payment.

• If you are a first time shopper, you will need to create a login account where you will have to give us details about yourself, such as shipping address, contact details, email address etc.

• If you are a registered shopper and have shopped before with us, Login in the ' Existing Users' login area.

• You can choose to send the order to the address as specified by you at the time of registration or choose to 'send to a different address'.

• Choose the payment option as applicable by you and fill in the required fields.

• Click on 'Complete Payment' to receive your wellnessqed.com Order Confirmation number.

• Please remember your order confirmation number, as this will help us easily identify your order if you have any questions in the future. You may also keep a print of the order confirmation if you wish to from the “Print” option in the cart page. An email confirmation with your order details would also be mailed to you on completing the order.

Q. Are there any hidden costs apart from the product price and shipping charges?

A. At the time of placing your order, the shopping cart page & the payment page will display the total product price and the shipping charges as applicable. This is the amount that is due to be paid by you. There are no hidden costs and all chargeable amounts are featured before the payment/checkout page.

Q. How are the shipping charges calculated?

A. At wellnessqed.com a preset method of calculation of the shipping charges across all categories of products is done. Details are as below:

Free shipping for all orders placed for deliveries within India.

US $ 10 per item for deliveries within UK,Europe & North America.

US$ 2 per item for deliveries in Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh & Maldieves.

US$ 5 per item for deliveries in Asian countries other than mentioned above.

Q. Will I get any discount if I order for more than one quantity for any item(s) I want to buy?

A. There are no discounts offered for products purchased in more than one quantity. If yours is a corporate order or order worth more than US$ 2,000 then please get in touch with us at info@wellnesssqed.com or our helpline +919910006803 and your order will be dealt with separately. However for placing an order online, the charges will be as mentioned per unit. The shipping charges too are applicable per unit. Discounts are applicable only on certain items which are clearly communicated on the site, including the type or amount or %age of discount applicable on those specific items. If you choose to buy from these products, you will get the mentioned discount in the cart.

A. wellnessqed.com is an online portal wherein products are displayed and payment is done online itself. Post approvals of the order, these items are delivered to the shipping address by courier as provided by the customer. We do have 2 physical retail stores located in New Delhi, and all products listed on our website are also available there. The addresses of these 2 stores are as under.
