Zero-G Hulled Buckwheat Flour (kuttu ka atta) is a gluten-free blend of healthy buckwheat flour and vegetable starch. It kneads, rolls and puffs like normal flour (atta) and is ideal for making rotis, parathas, puris and even for baking. It is excellent for celiacs and autistic persons, but also good for the whole famil. It is rich in dietary fibre.
