Zero-G Ragi Idli-Dosa Mix is a gluten-free blend of healthy finger millet (ragi) flour, black gram (sabut urad) and fenugreek (methi). It can be used as a healthier alternative to rice flour for making idlis or dosas. It is naturally rich in calcium and dietary fibre. One pack makes 20-24 delicious idlis!

|Recommended Usage||Add water and salt to Zero-G Ragi Idli-Dosa Mix to get a fine paste (add 1/2 cup beaten curd if ambient temperature is less than 25 deg celcius). Ferment for 12-15 hours. Steam for 15 minutes for idlis or use for making dosas.|
